Jun Yuan

Jun Yuan is the PrideRock CIO and has managed active portfolios and developed the Emerging Market and China FX and Rates trading businesses at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. At Morgan Stanley between 2004 to 2010, he managed a book, with leverage, that ran toward USD 500mn and focused exclusively on Asia. At Goldman Sachs between 2011 and 2017, Jun and his team managed, at its peak, USD 1.8bn in Emerging Market exposure, with P&L contributions annually ranging USD 50-100mn. Between 2017 and 2019, Jun built Tianfeng Securities’ – one of China’s fastest growing securities’ houses – asset management business from scratch. Today that business covers multiple asset classes and its international arm, domiciled in Hong Kong, manages USD 250mn.

Jing Liu is PrideRock's Chief Trader and Quant Architect. Jing spent two years at Genesis capital, a Hong long-based quant equity long/short hedge fund, where he developed and managed systems for portfolio construction and algorithm trading. Before this, Jing spent seven years at JP Morgan as global team leader of icAOM, the main system for global sales and trading in the bank’s equity department, and four years at Morgan Stanley Tokyo and Shanghai to develop the company's equity trading system for Asian markets. Jing is a CFA Charter holder. He earned his M.S in Computer Sciences from Peking University.

Drew Brick

Drew Brick was Chairman of TF International Holdings Limited before joining PrideRock as its President. He previously headed Bloomberg’s Acquisitions and Partnerships in Asia-Pacific, working closely with the corporate-suites of global market practitioners and global regulators, central banks, governments and independent capital market trade associations. Drew has over 25 years of buy-side and sell-side experience. On the buy-side, Drew was a Portfolio Manager for the fixed income asset manager, PIMCO. He was a member of PIMCO’s Global Investment Committee. He was on the Board of Directors for PIMCO Global Advisors Asia. Drew was also Managing Partner and CEO for GreenRidge Asset Management, a US-based macro hedge fund. On the sell-side, Drew served as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio and Markets Strategy at RBS and BNP Paribas. Drew has lectured on International Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and on Asian Political Economy at Johns Hopkins University -- the latter of which where he earned and worked on his Masters and Ph.D., respectively.
